There are people who are part of the Canberra specific Women's Tech Network that runs a bunch of stuff to promote women in tech but that's the core thing for Canberra specifically each office does different things so I can't comment specifically.

Xero pays a lot of attention to gender equality, making sure to spend a lot of effort in making sure women have a great experience in the company. We have a big emphasis on making sure everyone is treated with respect, no matter who you are.
