I work on average 9-10 hours on my facility. This is due to the nature of work that needs to be done. Flexibility is somewhat good, where on most days will require the extra hours to perform but on quiet days and times of personal implications (e.g. doctors appointment, car servicing) can be accomplished with earlier/later start and end times; overall a good sense of mutual understanding.
With production role, the hours are long and the we often have to stretch the working time and on call to attend problem when there is 24/7.
Since, I am working at operations. Working hours are totally dependent on how machine is working on specific days. Also the work culture is mostly focused on long working hours.

I work standard Monday-Friday office hours. There is flexibility around work style if needed
The VISY culture is very flexible and relaxed. One of the key values of VISY is "Encouraging and developing excellence in people". Talking about working hours, VISY offers a great work-life balance.
Work hours vary depending on the work required - some morning require early starts or late nights but the business does run 24/7 and my role works in supply chain management so this is not unexpected. Flexibility is there to finish/start early when reasonable and working from home has been allowed, though in office is preferred
8 - 9 hour days, satisfied with it.
Work 10- 12 hours a day depending on my workload. Company is a little flexible (depending on work nature and your direct manager)
At times I am required to work additional hours but it is very much at my discretion and I am able to balance this extra demand with time off
As flexible as practical, but minimal given the nature of the work being site based/production environment
Work hours usually 7:30AM - 4:00PM, although this can be stretched further during busy periods, shutdowns and on call.
7am to 4pm Monday to Friday. I can vary my start and finish times.
Reasonably flexible. Particularly now in COVID times.
