Prior to COVID, TSA had a flexible work culture. After discussing with your Manager, employees could work from home with a good reason.
I don't find myself having to work overtime. My capacity is pretty high, but I don't feel pressure from the company to work outside of business hours just to get it all done.
I work 9:00am - 6:00pm as a standard Monday to Friday. When I am in the office I go to the gym at lunch and TSA have been flexible if I take an extra 5-10 mins to get back to the office. I
As a project manager managing a few different projects in a couple of different sectors I do work long hours. TSA is great in that they understand we have lives outside of the office as we are able to enjoy a good work/life balance. The office doesn't feel like an office when I'm in there - its more like a mass gathering of friends.
