My role mainly involves supporting the Project team with tasks such as meeting minutes, drafting reports, site visits, analysing claims, analysing variations, engaging consultants, dealing with contractors, observing progress and reporting to the Project lead.
My role is as a support role for the most part. I spent a lot of my time responding to RFIs, and setting up meetings, managing client relationships, and interfacing with a design house.
Project Management, design coordination of government school projects. Stakeholder, cost, program and risk management are completed as daily tasks.
My role is varied and no two days are the same. As a project manager I am given the freedom to run my projects as required and carry out my duties in a way which is beneficial for the company and the project but also for me.
