A very large proportion of the firm is Women and overall there is a very diverse work force.
The company has good policies in place that promote diversity in the workplace.
I think we have a good balance of male/female staff and acknowledge many ethnicity within the office. I don't believe the paternity leave is adequate or fair.
We have people from all walks of life at TSA. Ethnicity is no barrier and I think we are pretty even on the ratio of men/women in the offices. Maternity leave is accepted and we have our own maternity package to help expectant mothers/fathers.
What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
TSA has a very fair review process when reviewing candidates and everyone is on a level playing field. There is no favouritism.
