Good diversity however not very diverse when it comes to senior management.

TransGrid is fully invested in diversity. It has been an issue in the past not just for TransGrid but the whole industry, however we have current programs that are breaking these down. TransGrid provides opportunities for women in engineering, a great parental leave policy which sees benefits for men and women.
