What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I'm only a graduate, so it's not clear how the pathway for pay/bonuses work to me yet. There's an annual remuneration review. At the moment, I'm being paid probably what I would put the market rate in NZ, but I'm not really in tune to ascertain that with much confidence. Graduates get a $5000 (pre-tax) graduate assistance lump sum when they join. They get to keep it provided they stay for at least a year. This is very generous.

Good starting salary. Progression of salary is largely determined by your performance. No bonuses for junior employees.

Very satisfied with my pay and bonuses. The main bonuses are the $1000 graduate allowance and $500 wellbeing allowance which is given every year.

Paid overtime which is great. Base salary is low compared to competitors

The pay is average and not in the high end of the spectrum. However, paid overtime and flexible hours give bonuses.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Food: there are a ridiculous number of catered morning teas (and yummy, too). Free fruit boxes twice a week. There are plenty of team outings and coffee excursions courtesy of the company.
