Everyone is lovely. Very good culture. A consciousness that the employees' matter, but also the social/environmental role of the company in wider society. Social club is very active. Hierarchy is reasonably flat for an organization of its size. Teamwork and collaboration are very easy and encouraged.

Very flat hierarchy, great working environment. Good teamwork. Looking out for each other. Social Clubs organizes events on a regular basis. Lots of morning teas to socialize during working hours. Found very good friends that I also spent time after work and on the weekends.
