Obviously there's a hierarchy, but everyone at every stage of the hierarchy is willing and ready to help when needed. The partners are incredibly friendly and always make an appearance at Friday night drinks, going out of their way to welcome new staff and graduates. - The grad cohort is great. A lot of likeminded and friendly people. We have a group chat going for work related questions and a second group chat for making social plans, and both are always busy.

The culture is phenomenal. The people are very approachable and there is a strong community within the firm. You get to socialise with your team on a daily basis but also with the rest of the teams on your floor. The graduate program also seems to create a close connection with your fellow grads.
