SW Australia- provides an environment with a diverse range of staff backgrounds, it is of my belief that being culturally diverse (even to the extent of having spent time overseas, speaking other languages) is a benefit to your application process. This shows as it allows all staff at SW Australia to provide a different view to their work and contribute greatly to the team.
I believe the company does well for diversity of employees. There are managers who have come back from maternity leave, relatively low staff turnover. It appears however that most of the partners (like other firms) are predominately male, so hopefully overtime there becomes more of a culture to promote people without needing to sacrifice family commitments.
Auditing always has a high turnover. We are always trying to hire but we only want to get higher level people, so it is harder to get people in.
