There was a number of steps in the recruitment process including, the online application, at home assessments, phone interviews and an assessment center at the office. The process is obviously a bit daunting at first, but once you get into it it's fine and very achievable.

My tips would be to save the company's number in your phone so that if they call you ack it doesn't catch you by surprise. I would also recommend arriving at the Assessment center early so that you aren't flustered when you arrive.

Research the company - their values etc. to demonstrate your interest in the company as well as the specific role.
