Haven't heard anything about bonuses yet but the graduate salary is fair and reasonable.

The pay could be better to start with but goes up every 6 months to a year as you gain experience and work through your CA.

No bonuses unless you bring in business. Pay is low and Is inflexible.

At this stage of my career, pay is a nonissue.
Graduate, Perth
My pay is fairly low in comparison to other equivalent job opportunities
Graduate, Sydney
pay is great for my age
Intern, Wagga Wagga
I think it's very fair
Graduate, Melbourne
The starter salary is enough. It's not excellent, it's not bad, it is satisfactory and that's all that needs to be said.
Graduate, Melbourne
Took a pay cut from previous job and less flexibility. Was meant to discuss a pay rise with Partner 4 months ago but they never brought it up. When I tried to bring it up was told that now wasn't the time.
Graduate, Wagga Wagga
The pay is competitive for the industry.
Graduate, Sydney
No bonuses at low levels. Pay is fair to industry standards and Firm position.
Midlevel, Melbourne
I'm pretty satisfied with my pay, I feel like its a good starting point and I look forward to hopefully increasing it sooner rather than later. I only wish that we got paid fortnightly instead of monthly.
Graduate, Melbourne
You need to start at the bottom, I took a pay cut because I believe the other factors are more important at this stage of my career

The undergraduate pay is like any other casual or part-time job at my age. I'm just happy I get the added experience that a lot of undergrads struggle to get.
Intern, Melbourne
Salary is aligned with all other large accounting firms. I also consider the perks we get, such a lunches, in addition to my salary.
Intern, PERTH
Understanding I'm a grad, the pay is only okay. I would've expected it to be a bit more considering how big the firm is

Paying $15 a month of your pay to Social Club lets you attend as many organised events as you want. For example RSM Melbourne organised for us to go to cirque du soleil (ticket valued at $150 for free) at the very start of the year. $15 a month and the first event is worth $150, that's pretty good

Grad Week. All expenses paid week long trip to Sydney, staying at a nice hotel, all meals provided, social nights, Brazilian BBQ dinner on the first night, doesn't get much better. Also for social club there's a monthly massage in the office, but you have to get in quick to book one.
