As a new Operations Graduate, I am learning and developing skills within the industry Reece Group operates in. I am connecting with different clients on a daily basis and learning their needs.
My role is to take part and learn all aspects of how to run a branch and I do this by having responsibilities in most aspects of the branch.
Supporting branch operations
Day to day responsibilities are all counter hand duties taking orders, ordering stock, creating quotes and various other jobs involving customers.
At the moment, my role mainly consists of helping and serving customers on the trade counter. This involves helping to solve problems, packing orders and delivering these.
I am currently masters top to bottom branch operations. As well as developing innovative solutions to solve issues as the are identified.
My day to day responsibilities include the Safe R walk, serving customers at the trade counter, organizing deliveries and responding to customers queries via telephone and email
Sales, phone calls, customer relationship management, supplier liaison, logistic and delivery coordination.
