Reece has done tremendous work and encourages and promotes diversity in all forms. Due to the size of the organisation we are constantly recruiting, with promotions usually happening internally. Retention is relatively high, however the job can appear to be overwhelming at first, it is important to understand the strong culture, and amount of support available.
Only positive things to say, very good culture.

Reece is a diverse company that has men and women in management positions throughout the company. They give the same opportunities in recruitment, retention and promotion across the board.
Company is very open and conducts activities regarding it regularly
Reece do a lot to encourage and support diversity. For example my manager who is a male was given 2 weeks paid maternity leave when his child was born.
What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Reece recruits from all background, and due to the size and large amount of locations recruits from all social and demographic backgrounds.
