I think that the pay for a graduate is in-line if not slightly above average, and there is a clear salary progression program.
Pay is not that good for a grad. But when you come off the grad-program it is really good.
Pay/Bonus should not be a driver for anybody

We are rewarded on our success so our bonuses are competitive and career progression is incredibly quick (if you work hard) so you move up the ladder pretty quickly
I am young and get paid well in a position I would not be in at another company. In terms of the role itself and what it is worth, I believe it is under market rate, but as I said, I wouldn't be in this position with this breadth of experience anywhere else.
