On previous projects I work about 8 hours a day. It's just this project I'm working an average of 9 hours and sometimes work more than 12 hours a day. In my previous projects it was super flexible where I could work from home and leave and come in 1 hour early or late.

Varies, but most days are 12 hours. Company is flexible in terms of where you work from - working from home now and then is an option.

The company is very flexible with its hours and attempts to keep this alive even when working on client site. However, there is an underlying expectation that you are required to do more hours to keep up your firm profile.

One thing I love about PwC, is the ability to work flexibly. I once flew in from a different country, and due to my flight being delayed, I couldn't make it to office in time. However, as my laptop was with me, i could plug into the network and do work as if I was at my office.

flexibility is good

PwC is very flexible with regards to when and where we can complete our work, however when we are required to be on a client site our flexibility is restricted to their working hours

PwC is flexible in general but still questions why you are not "at work" rather than being accepting of what you are doing and that you are working flexibly. In general good culture regarding work hours, e.g. don't work too hard, but understand that we will have our busy periods where you will be expected to work longer hours. Emphasis on asking for help with workload if necessary.
