Salary at Protiviti

The pay is average for my position.

Structured bonuses for grads were introduced for 2019. Pay meets the market base salary.

Average salary and incentive plan, however a change in incentive structure will see lower career levels provided with the ability to potentially earn more.

Good bonus scheme. Initial salary is average but opportunity to quickly progress.

The salary could definitely be a bit better, especially compared to other public and private sector salaries, however there is a decent bonus program at the company.

The remuneration scheme recently changed to meet the market but there is still room to be competitive.

Pay could be increased, it is on the lower end of the spectrum. Bonus policy has just been revisited and is more competitive now

Purchase annual leave. Have a total of 8 weeks of leave per year with this scheme. Expenses covered just as phone bill etc.

- $40 for phone bill. - Mandatory overseas training at the conclusion of probation

Good social club activities (which include dinners, mini-golf, etc.)

Overseas trip in your graduate year for training in USA or Europe.

Lots of events - After work drinks, Christmas in July, Christmas party. Staff do contribute towards this through social club, however Protiviti doubles the amount which is nice and allows us to do more exciting events.

Food is able to be expensed sometimes
