P&G takes pride in not offering a ""traditional graduate program with rotations or gradual ramp-up periods"". Instead, it hands grads and interns ""real responsibility for the moment you walk through the door"" in the belief this is ""the best way to learn"". You'll be networking with the best in the industry and working alongside a team of dedicated individuals.
We offer internships and graduate programs across 4 different business units: Sales, Brand Management, Finance and Product Supply. We accept students from all different fields of study. Applications for our programs go live in Feb/ March so be on the lookout!
To apply for our internships or graduate roles, we need your resume, cover letter and transcript. If applying for our Sales roles, you will need to have an Australian Drivers License. Following this, you will be scheduled a 30-minute screening with a leader from the respective business unit you have applied for to discuss your career and opportunities with P&G. This is followed by a panel-style comprehensive interview with our leadership team. Don't forget, this is an opportunity to ask our panelist questions as well.
