Considering it's a grad role I think that it is very competitive rate of pay which will only go up once I move onto being an associate developer.

Free coffee machine, sometimes free food, yearly public transport discount, free access to LinkedIn learning, apple keyboard and laptop, book for the grads called 'Apprenticeship Patterns', something called flex leave - extra 5 days of leave you can take which is on top of annual leave but must be taken when you have something like below three days of annual leave.
