How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Heavy emphasis on mentoring within the company and not just with the grad programs but throughout the crews and teams as well. Regular updates from the Senior Management Teams and a channel on Teams to directly ask questions to the CEO.

Manager attends start-up and always emphasises her availability for a chat at any time. Programme sponsors (senior leadership) also make themselves available and check in fairly regularly. Weekly online pulse check surveys. Monthly programme-wide catch up with all cohorts and offices across NZ/Aus with all involved in the programme. Two assigned mentors that guide our learning pathway. Each protege and mentoring group handles this differently according to what works best for them. For myself, I have daily meetings (Monday planning for the week, Tuesday-Thursday collaboration sessions, Friday retrospectives).
