From what I've seen the company is committed to diversity and equality. Equal pay, maternity and paternity leave, a parenting hub for pre and post birth advice and care. Out of 7 people hired, 4 women and only 1 white male of English heritage.

There is a program called DevelopHER which recruits women from non-IT backgrounds into the graduate program, and sponsors 6 months of coding bootcamp prior to the women joining the graduate program.

There is ample opportunity for people of all backgrounds to join. The DevelopHer programme encourages women into the software industry by offering paid scholarships to bootcamp and join the protege programme. In my particular cohort, I happen to be the only protege fresh out of university. The others have work experience in different industries ranging from accounting to education to owning their own small business.
