They employ a pretty diverse group of people. I know we have a lot of female graduates and different ethnicities.

A few years ago, all the engineers were male but I later found out that numerous females had been offered positions but also had gotten jobs elsewhere. Monadelphous put in a lot of effort to understand the reasons behind this and adjusted their process and practices. I would say they are quite committed to diversity.
