Really good. I have two young children and the firm is flexible with leave when needed and when I was breastfeeding etc.

Equality is a huge strength at our firm. There are lots of female partners i.e. no gender disparity. Everyone respects one another. Good retention rates from what I have seen.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
They advertise the job and work experience opportunities at the universities and invite school children to see the office and talk to us.
