Culture at Lane Neave

8.3 rating for Culture, based on 9 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The culture of Lane Neave is very "normal" which is incredible in the workplace. Regardless of seniority, everyone is approachable, will talk to you and comes together in the office regularly. There is not one social event at Lane Neave that I have not thoroughly enjoyed. It doesn't matter who you sit next to or talk to because you can talk to anyone and everyone has a story to tell :)

There is a real work hard play hard culture. Lots of fun events and focus on wellbeing and work/balance. Staff of all levels engage with one another.

Friendly, relaxed as far as top tier firms go, not overly hierarchical (or more than is to be expected with a necessary structure of hierarchy as in any law firm), supportive.

Mostly a relaxed culture - but varies between teams. The Commercial Property team is very supportive and accommodating, but at the same time demands high standards.

Our firm encourages healthy work hours i.e. 8:30 pm to 5 pm. Working too many extra hours is uncommon. We have a great structure - everyone is treated equally. The partners are very approachable. Everyone's opinion is valued. The teams are great and there is a good spread of ability. The firm pays for team bonding activities which take place out of work. The firm often pays for us to compete in corporate challenges and other industry social events.
