Training & Personal Development at Lander & Rogers

Most teams have regular training that has been thoroughly prepared and researched.

We are provided continuous training across a number of fields to ensure we are always up to date with the law and best workplace practices. Importantly, this includes training in mental wellbeing.

2 week intensive training before starting the Graduate program (about the firm's systems but also about resilience, team building and culture building), ongoing training (IT, team specific training). I have built legal research and drafting skills, team building skills and knowledge about the industry and different practice areas.
