Feels like a relatively flat structure - i.e.. partners are approachable and are generally very willing to guide. Socialising is strong between colleagues. We have active social committees and socialising outside of office hours if very common. In terms of teamwork, the firm does not suffer from an uber-competitive internal environment which can be detrimental to team cooperation.

The culture at Landers is very friendly, there is no one in the office I would feel uncomfortable approaching. It is a very supportive firm that ensures you are guided from your grad year and are given the space and time to learn. The firm is also very social, holding various fin events including Friday night drinks every week.

Pre-covid socialising was very strong which made for a great culture. During covid everyone still makes sure to reach out and support each other. I always feel comfortable asking senior staff members questions and know that if I make a mistake it will definitely be treated as a learning experience rather than world-ending disaster
