Minimal environmental footprint excluding electricity usage (by virtue of the nature of the business). Encourages the use of reusable water bottles.

We mainly work with computers. We can't really do much for the environmental footprint of our work.

Not really a lot. We've switched to using more power-efficient monitors (which actually saves a lot of power, given how many monitors we use), but we're still running lots of very hot, loud and power hungry servers to trade the way we do.
