The best way to prepare is to familiarize yourself with the firms website to get an understanding of the areas that they practice in and its objectives. Each firm normally has an at of differentiating themselves in the market place. After that it is a good idea to google the partners to get an understanding of their history and what they have been involved with.
Perth
Develop your awareness of what is happening in the market before your interview. Partners will be able to pick up on whether your comments in the interview are a result of developed awareness or a brief skim of the morning paper. Be yourself - the firm really does look for people who bring their whole selves to work.
