Application Process & Interviews at FTI Consulting

All interviews were as expected. The assessment was difficult but, retrospectively, an accurate test that is comparative to my daily duties.

Two rounds of face/virtual interviews. There is an assessment after the first interview.

Three interviews. First with HR (virtual), second with Senior Directors (virtual) and final with 2 Senior Managing directors (in person).

What do I know about the segment, why do I want to change jobs, what do I pursue outside of my career?

Why the company, why the role, and what relevant experience do I have?

Questions were primarily around background / getting to know me and my experience. Questions were asked about how I would work in the firm / how I would approach problems etc.

Be aware of exactly what the segment you are applying for does.
