Senior Directors are very approachable and are now considered friends after doing activities together outside of work. Senior Managing Directors less so, however, I do not expect them to be able to allocate as much time given their role. I see Senior Directors as an arterial communicator to the Senior Managing Directors.

Very accessible and good mentors. A very positive attitude to continually improve internal communication. There is a performance praise and recognition system each month to recognise outstanding work efforts
