Proving that you have good work ethic and are outstanding at what you do. Those are the 2 main things to move up the ranks, and if you are outstanding in both, you will quickly be noticed and can move up the ranks fairly quickly.

We get volunteer leave, donation matching and a lot of charity events.

The culture within FNZ is very accepting and inclusive. Naturally, there are levels of seniority but I have never felt there is a hierarchy which makes socialise with other very easy in and outside of the office.

There is a lot to learn, and quickly. This makes the work initially exciting but the scope can get limited unless you push to be involved with different technologies and problems. Day-to-day usually involves churning through whatever issues/tasks you have been assigned, whether fixing or adding to the platform you are working on.

Managers are all easy to approach but as someone starting out this is left almost completely up to the new employee when it might be helpful to have someone more actively train you in the first week or so

Brand new modern office, nice and open plan. Dress code is "come as you are" which encourages you to dress how you feel most comfortable at work.

The process was very good. After applying for the role, the assessments rolled out. These were speed tests for a range of areas including math and logic. For my role, there was only one interview.

For an intern and graduate role, the job is incredibly well paying.

There is a frequent amount of training seminars, and a lot of documentation of skills and the technologies used. However, there is a lack of structure when it comes to graduate training that may be found at another company.

You are not restricted to the 9-5 and hours can be worked when they best suite you. This includes breaking your day up to do activities during the day.

Not much that I've seen, except we do try to recycle as best we can.
