Opportunities on the graduate program to undertake technical and a business course each year. Also opportunities to undertake field training.
In addition to on-the-job training, graduates are given the budget to undertake technical short-courses and a business short-course each year of the three-year program.
We receive technical training courses per year which are mainly facilitated in Brisbane. They are always such high quality and very beneficial. Because I am located regionally, all travel and accommodation expenses are covered. They also permit a business course per year e.g. public speaking, leadership skills, communication, etc.
I have been permitted to undertake a Master course with funding from the Graduate Program. I am very appreciative of this opportunity and the support from Energy Queensland.
lots of inhouse and external training.
I have attended a significant quantity of high quality technical and non-technical training in the graduate program.
As per earlier the graduate program offers technical courses per rotation (6 month) and one business course per year. Thus far I have completed, basic and advanced protection courses, embedded generation courses and business skills training. Cannot fault the training and development for graduates at Energy Queensland, second to none.
Formal training courses paid through grad program. Access to seminars etc. too.
All skills both technical and soft skills.
