I believe the greatest initiative which demonstrates Energy Queensland's commitment to CSR is the two days of volunteer leave permitted each year. Every employee is encouraged to take two days away from the office to volunteer in a way meaningful to them.
Our company allows each individual up to 2 days leave at no cost to the employee to support charity work within communities. I haven't done anything at this point in time. They support diversity and economic development of QLD.
None personally. Customer centricity is articulated but prioritising environment in decision making can be harder to see, as older industry in general. Volunteer leave options including 2 paid days of volunteer leave per year to volunteer in the community
There are a lot of initiatives and projects that we run. We sponsor charity funds, change initiatives and societies. There's too many to list.
