As a female in a male-dominated industry, I have receive a lot of support and encouragement to progress my career either through promotions or through technical expertise.

There appears to be ample opportunity for growth within EQL, with a lot of former graduates in Senior engineering roles, managerial roles and even as general managers. To move up the ranks I believe takes dedication to your job, having a great understanding of the business needs and being able to deal with people effectively.
Just got into new role coming off the grad program. Unsure of how promotion from here will work exactly but should be opportunity for salary increments, and then secondment or acting opportunities in the future to try out new roles.
