The Firm has just implemented extended parental leave and care packages for new parents.

I think our company is diverse in everyway aside from ethnic minorities. However, there are noticeable changes in this area with the recent hires. We also have a great parental leave policy.

Our male/female ratio in the partnership is poor, but that is not something that can be fixed overnight. I think the firm is alert to these issues, as well as diversity. We now have a new parental leave policy, which provides further support to mothers (and fathers) leave.

The firm is aware of diversity issues but it is difficult to see where the progress is (and that is true for the whole profession we have talked about not just gender diversity for a long time and there is still underrepresentation of women and cultural minorities in the profession).
