In my opinion, the firm culture is one of the most attractive qualities about Duncan Cotterill. Everyone in the Auckland office is approachable and inclusive. We have the usual law firm hierarchical structure but I have always felt comfortable asking those around me for help, even partners. After work, I also feel comfortable socializing with colleagues.

Great culture, at least here in Nelson. Supportive team, approachable, friendly, hardworking, but we ensure we step back from work every now and again - get coffee/food, do activities, sports etc.

We have a great social club and always have fun activities throughout the year to help us get to know each other socially. In the office we are well supported and the seniors all have "open door" policies.
