The hiring process to become a graduate at CSC involved 6 steps. While this did involve a lot of time and devotion, throughout the process I knew what was expected of me and was kept well informed.

Standard assessments at the beginning. Really enjoyed the video interview process, as it was different and much more relevant to me as a person. Assessment centre was run without issues, and the overall turnaround from there to receiving the offer was very quick (two weeks or so).

Can't quite remember to be honest, but they were questions that tried to find out more about my character, but weren't the generic behavioural interview questions.

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
I would recommend that throughout the application process be informed. Read the tips and tricks provided for you, take the time to focus all your energy onto the application and show who you are and what you are capable of. Finally, show your personality when you are there in person, help show them that you will be a good culture fit as well as being able to complete the work.
