Good starting pays for a grad compared to the big 4. But the jumps between levels is minimal. Bonuses are only for managers and above.

The base salary is reasonable and comparable to most graduate programs.

The grad level pay is slightly higher than other places with grad programs. But the work that we are doing is not of a grad level. A lot of the time we are doing tasks that are not of a grad level, but still getting paid at the same rate. There is also no benefit to getting a good review in your grad year as there is no renumeration and no possibility of receiving a promotion during the year, and very little possibility after the year has ended.

The entry salary is quite generous compared to the market for graduate roles. However not sure about the salary progression based on performance and promotion.

Decent to start with, increases as you progress

Pay is better than what other companies are paying to graduates and bonuses its not that great, it depends upon various factors.

Competitive graduate salary. Minimal pay rise moving from Graduate Program to Consultant level. Opportunities for larger increases occur on a promotional base after moving from Consultant to Senior Consultant and onwards.

We get occasional offers of free movie tickets/event tickets, but there are usually options for cheaper groceries, and free taxi rides if we work very late.
