Salary at ANZ

Given the environment the bank is in, you can expect the bonus to be a lot smaller. However the pay is fine - can't complain really. I do think you get paid more as you progress in your career.

Pay is very reasonable and bonuses are awarded fairly and based on performance and subject to calibration amongst peers.

Could be a little more for parts of the business, given workload and quality of desired candidates.

Bonuses are very shaky and unpredictable, especially now given the Royal Commission (I obviously work for a bank)

Bonuses are good but I think graduates need to paid slightly more to compete with the other banks

Salary is standard for Graduates, unsure of bonuses for more junior level staff.

I guess you get to go to events sponsored by the company like the Australian Open.

Moving expenses when relocating regionally, free admission to industry events.

Corporate discounts on gyms, cars, car rentals, electronics

Staff discounts at places - e.g. 20% dining at Crown
