Managers are generally excellent and invested in grad development. Grads are assigned a mentor who really advocate for them.
In my experience, managers are pretty accessible and always willing to help out where they can
Formal and informal feedback from managers. A career coach is assigned to every grad at the start of the program.
The senior leadership team are always friendly and approachable. The line managers I've had so far are also great.
Most of my managers book in weekly or fortnightly meetings. They're readily available via the phone or email. So there's no communication issue. It's really up to you as to whether you make the most of it. We're also assigned a career mentor who we catch up with monthly to discuss any challenges, learning and how we're tracking overall. Importantly, they help you determine the right skills to develop for where you want to head in the company when you apply for a full time role.
